Although it does sound like every baseball fanatics dream, there are requirements if you want to join this program. A person must have completed at least their sophomore year of college, and be enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program during the internship. So, not just anyone can be apart of this wonderful opportunity. Which in return will bring nothing but the best quality workers in the field of baseball.

Baseballs Benefits

I’m sure everyone is aware that Baseball isn’t one of the most popular sports in America, but this internship could make a difference. Improving Multi Media platforms and how people get their daily baseball news. Could draw more people to the game if the content is being played out correctly. Technical Services could be big, not just for Baseball but for all sports as well. Improving camera quality and the effectiveness of instant replay. Could result in more clear fair calls, resulting in less controversy. And potentially a growth in viewers from week to week or day to day depending on the sport.

Ozzie Smith Diversity Scholarship
