Andre Villas-Boas makes astonishing $75 million bid to bring Chelsea’s Oscar to China in January

London, England – Chelsea have accepted a astonishing $75 million bid to bring midfielder Oscar to China in January to join former Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas, The Telegraph’s Matt Law reports.

The 25-year-old is reportedly completing the formalities of the deal with the Chinese giants Shanghai SIPG, beating Jiangsu Suning, who made an offer to sign the Brazilian last summer.

Oscar hasn’t found much success under new manager Conte. The midfielder has by far been an inconsistent player for the Blues since arriving at Stamford Bridge in 2012 from Internacional.

According to Law, the Brazilian has told his Chelsea teammates that he is moving to China to join Villas-Boas, whom was appointed manager of SIPG at the start of November. The Blues player will also join Brazilians Hulk and Elkeson. Villas-Boas had previously tried to to sign Oscar when he was managing Tottenham Hotspur.
