Mason Foster and Redskins Agreed On Two Year Deal


Washington, DC – The Washington Redskins and linebacker Mason Foster have agreed on a two-year deal.

Foster was signed by the Redskins on Week 4 and ended up starting five games and playing in 13 regular season games.

Foster finished with 37 tackles and a forced fumble.

Foster spent his first four seasons with Tampa Bay after being a third-round pick in 2011, starting 54 games.

The 27-year-old linebacker has six career sacks, five interceptions and three forced fumbles in his career.
