Paulo Dybala Signs New Contract With Juventus Until 2022

Turin, Italy – Argentine forward Paulo Dybala signs new contract with Juventus. The extension will now keep him with the Vecchia Signora until 2022.

“Juventus Football Club is pleased to announce that Paulo Dybala has renewed his contract until June 30 2022, extending a journey that began in July 2015,” a statement on the club’s official website said.

“Together for a long time, always with this jersey” Dybala pronounced himself on Twitter after Juventus made the announcement.

Dybala fantastic two seasons at Juventus since joining from Palermo for 32 million euros (then $36 million) in June 2015 earns him a new contract.

Dybala pens new contract two days after his side defeated Barcelona 3-0 at home for the quarterfinals of Champions League.

Since joining Juve, Dybala has scored 39 goals in 82 games for the club.

Dybala had been linked with both Real Madrid and Barcelona. However, he maintained he expected to sign a new contract soon.

He told Spanish TV channel Mega: ” I want to make the most of what I am experiencing here. People like me a lot here, and I am doing all I can to make them happy.”
