The Young Bucks Issued Cease And Desist Letter From WWE

The Young Bucks are one of the biggest acts in wrestling outside of WWE. But after using a popular WWE phrase, The Young Bucks could be in some hot water with the company.

The Young Bucks received a Cease and Desist letter from WWE for using the phrase ‘suck it’. WWE is claiming saying ‘suck it’ and doing the crotch chop is gimmick infringement from one of WWE’s most popular tag teams D-Generation X.

The Young Bucks were not to happy about receiving this letter. Since then they’ve bashed WWE several times including one tweet where they made fun of WWE for taking away things including Christmas. This is because WWE recently announced live shows on both Christmas and New Year’s Day.

This feud has the potential to get ugly. Will anything come from this letter? Time will tell.

This is unfortunate. As someone who really wanted to see The Young Bucks in WWE, I’m really disappointed by this. It’s very possible that WWE was going to consider signing them when their contracts with Ring of Honor expires next year. But it doesn’t seem like that’s ever going to happen now.

The Young Bucks are having the time of their lives with ROH and don’t want to be limited by WWE. So while I didn’t have a lot of hope that they would come to WWE in the first place, but after the Cease and Desist letter they received, the odds of seeing the Young Bucks in WWE are slim to none.

If WWE could have let this go then who knows what would’ve happened. But for now, get used to seeing The Young Bucks outside of WWE.
