NEW Rumors for Jinder Mahal

Time’s UP for Jinder Mahal?

Back in May, at WWE Backlash, the impossible happened.  Jinder Mahal became WWE Smackdown Heavyweight Champion by defeating “The Viper” Randy Orton.

Not long ago, Orton defeated Bray Wyatt to become Heavyweight Champion at Wrestlemania 33. Jinder Mahal was a weekly jobber during most of his WWE career, and this championship win shocked the world.

It upset many fans.

Rumors emerged afterwards that the reason behind the win is to expand the talent search in India. But within WWE, it’s said that Jinder Mahal’s hard work and transformation to a much more leaner and muscular physique got the double thumbs up from Vince McMahon to pull the trigger.

But now there is news going around the Web, that the reason for Maharaja’s shocking Zero to Champion turn of event is for the soon to be returning Super G.I. Joe to take the title from The Modern Maharaja.

Who could he be?

It’s none other than John Cena.

It’s already announced that he will be returning to Smackdown Live next week. But I don’t think WWE is going to make a feud right away.

Maybe the Modern Day Maharaja and his two disciples, “the Bollywood Boyz”, might beat Cena down to get much needed heat.

Then, Mahal may beat Randy Orton again at Money In The Bank PPV. After that John Cena will return (if WWE is smart, he should return on 4th of July) and set up the biggest match for the summer, Jinder Mahal© vs John Cena.

Mahal’s fall could mean History

If John Cena wins, this will be his 17th World Championship, passing “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, making history.

On the other side, Baron Corbin is expected to win the Money in the Bank ladder match, leading to a feud with John Cena after.

If WWE wants to build Baron Corbin as their top heel on Smackdown Live, they need to let Jinder Mahal have his rematch with John Cena.

This writer’s dream scenario…

After Cena beats Mahal in their rematch, Rusev comes down and beat Cena. This is when Baron Corbin comes out, beats up Rusev and cashes in the Money in the Bank briefcase, hitting John Cena with the End of Days. Covers!

1…… 2…… 3…… Winner and NEW Champion Baron Corbin ! ! !

Now WWE can have a big feud with John Cena and Baron Corbin.
