Paige who recently came back from a year-long injury was injured again during a WWE Live Event. Fan footage captures the kick that caused the injury.

An Impactful Return.

The Anti-Diva returned last month on WWE TV with her Absolution cronies; Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville, beating down all the Raw women’s division.

A Scary Moment…

But on Wednesday, when The Absolution goes against Mickie James, Sasha Banks and Bayley at a WWE Live Event; at the Nassau Veterans Coliseum in Uniondale, New York; a fan video pop-up online, showing the exact moment the injury happened, in which she eats the back-kick from Banks, and then goes down in an extreme amount of pain.

The Anti-Diva tries to get back to her feet but stumbled back down to the canvas. According to fans in attendance, the match was halted after an accidental stiff kick to her back from Banks; forcing WWE’s medical staff to stop the match, and walk her backstage. Thankfully, she was able to get herself up and walk out of the ring on her own.

PWInsider then reported that the Absolution Leader was pulled from the remainder of Raw live events in 2017, which were in Hartford, Connecticut on December 28th, Albany, New York, on December 29th and Toronto on December 30th.

Injury Update…

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported, “The early belief is that she suffers a mild stinger,” and apparently she was alright after the show; feeling better and seen at the hotel bar, which indicates it may not have been as severe an injury as originally thought.

No word yet on if The Anti-Diva will miss any ring time, but we will keep you updated. And hopefully, she won’t miss the first ever Historic Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

Paige pushes in question? Writer’s View:

If WWE sees her vulnerable like Finn Balor or worse, Danial Bryan, her monstrous push will be in trouble, and the company will give that to someone else like Ronda Rousey. She will soon undergo x-rays and a full evaluation to determine the injury’s severity, with WWE taking her off the road as a precautionary measure; though word is that she may not miss much TV time.
